If a begger (young guys/gals) do ask for money, then providing food would be better idea than providing money. Coz, we never know for what purpose they make use of it. What if they make use of it for bad habits?

2:
If we come across students who is poor or someone who can't afford to have basic needs, then we should go ahead in helping them in one or the other way. But, we should avoid giving money, as much as possible, to have their needs

3: Puting a waste-bin
If we come across a place where a group of families throw waste as if they really don't care about others, then we MUST make them realize the situation and should ask everyone to contribute for putting waste-bin in commonly accessible area
